HE SECRET OF THE AGES, by oRobert C(olliier.( Kingsport Pres) 1948.Is an excellent book because it combines ancient precepts with recent advances in physics and Consciousness research.  In fact it t speaks for Robert’s hisprescient abilities that he could include such updates in the original 1948 edition.the ancient undamentals include his observation that there is a Vital Force that empowers all of creation and our place as co-creators.  Whether the title of Jane Byrne’s “The Secret” comes from this Robert Collier work or if it was from the pages of Napoleon Hil is not important.  In fact, these classics are O attraction.much more profoun than The Law on Hill's pagesor Napolemuch more profound than The Law Of Attraction because it asks of us the faith to WORK with our inner knowing.  Action must be included in attraction.  

Among my favorite authors such as Robert Collier there is mention of this Vital Force as the concept of VRIL as an  historical and functionally operant concept and reality.  I have a blog about Vril up.  about Vril and how man can connect in a very real way. man through the ages.  We can connecct with this vital force in a very real way.  Robert Collier and others tell us that this  vital force as it guided life itself in Force evolving toward Consciousness.  Secret of The AGes was sritten in 1948 yt you will find mentions of the very latest in Physic and 

Consciousness research.  

I should mention that Collier and others say that this force must also be guided by Universal Mind in direction toward manifestation.  Thus we have a Vital Force guided by Intelliggence.

SECRET OF THE AGES IS A CLASSIC GUIDE IN New Thought.  Robert Collier’s uncle was Peter Fenlen Collier who founded Collier’s Weekly in 1888.  Peter Fenlen Collier arrived from Ireland at age 17 and had an idea for his boss that people would purchase through subscription rather than in bookstores or magazine racks.  His boss rejected the idea so Collier created his own magazine which has a business model that is used today by many others.  Robert Collier saw success principles in action.  

Generational ability, influence,  and momentum.  Universal Mind in the family.

Knowing your internal meaning will call upon you take not just sit aand wait for delivery.  Attraction requires action.

Collier founded magaxind .  .... ollier arrives in 1907 from Ireland tried to convince his booss to sell publications by subsription rather than in bookstores etc.  His boss rejected the idea so ..... Collier went out on his own fto found Colliers magazine. Robert Collier was no stranger to the mind set and envirobment of success when he began wiring on  ind principles.  There is generational momentum in his story.  I've seen his in action myself fo i'm telling the story of a young author and his uncle as an example.  

Many of us can remember a time When Collier’s magazine was on every household coffee table.  The author of Secret Of The AGes started his own independent publishing company  His methods and business models are studied by entrpreneurs today The Robert Collier Letters published recently as a business guide to independent marketing.

Reprising my "Mystic Reading" blog requires adaptability and  acceptance of varied interests.  I think the 'reviews' section got off to a sophisticated and heart-felt start with my entry about "Elucidations of Holderlin's Poetry" by Martin Heidegger.

Other good stuff followed in 'reviews' posted in part one but I did not consider the possible hissy-fits or contortions of quizzical  disbelief that followed with other entries.  That's good.  Being authentic is more important than calculating approval.  

'Reviews part two' began with my becoming one of the first to review the grand "Think And Go Hustle"  by Dylan Madden.  He wanted to emphasize the Action necessity of any self help program.  Can't see any objections to that one.  But now I venture forth to shooting myself in the foot again with another entry    My reputation as a 'heavy dude' will take a hit here but I must speak a truth when I'm lucky enough to find it.  I was an avid reader of compendiums of J.B Rhine, his wife Louisa and varied classics in the "life doesn't have to suck" variety.  Included Napoleon Hill and W. Clement Stone.  Are the originators of Psychic research and self-help related?  According to my reading this morning of the classic "Success Through A Positive Mental Attitude" they are.

A chaptermentions my old book mentors including the recently discovered Thomson Jay Hudson (1834 1903) "The Laws of Psychic Phenomenon", and Orison Swett Marden "The Iron Will." I'm convinced that if Ingo Swann and other RV explorers had been around when W. Clement Stone was writing he would have used those more recent mind trekkers as examples.

Modern mind scientists have acknowledged the work of Thomson Jay Hudson in their more recent studies.  

So for me to project 'uncoolness' to the book by Napoleon Hill and W. Clement Stone shows I did not understand it upon first reading.  There are no thoughtless platitudes and bromides or wasted words in the message.  Only a profound education would appreciate the content. An education that was beyond me at the time but an abiding interest in Cosmic studies that remains.  

More current authors
Reading an ebook format without the book in hand sometimes leads me to forget which author I'm reading based solely on content.  A Vril book by the runic esotericist Robert Blumetti and a consultant/coaching book by Steve Chandler fall into that category.  Truth is truth.  There is no separation between the value of runic praxis and skills in building and maintaining a business or enterprise with purpose.

Reprising my Mustic Reading blog and book review means I have to riteraIte some recomendations and reconsider others.  Some are timeless and based upon principles.  Some are products of a hopeful momentum that proved to be a chimera based upon the unwarrented promises of political ressistance that proved unworthy once the capitulation to the standardized narrative was announced in Operation Warp Speed.  FAlied leadership meant I attended the gathering of the misinformed who got the second PFizer booster. I saw anaphylactic shock and the onset of chronic health issues that exceeded the scare tactics of the supposed Covid 19.  A pandemic of subversive propertions described in the following description :

 It is said that telling a compelling story is more effective than merely giving instruction or advice.  I have stories - - true stories that advocate on my behalf or on behalf of people I respect.  Those can be found in my MYSTIC READING blog which I will link here.  The pages are in an overview format and in a Book Review format.  Notice that I advocate for those who contribute to the literature of our West. Notice also that I"m NOT AFRAID to advocate for the successful in business and political shaping that have made a surprise impact upon impossible situations.  Some of those winning contributions find themselves in the label of being unhip - - but I never cared about that.  I once knew a man who called himself a 'political junkie' but what he really meant by that is that he always watched CNN or MSNBC for political correctness.  The closest thing I ever actually heard him say of a political statement is "We never turn out for the mid-term elections."  I always wondered what he meant by "we?"  Finally figured out he  meant 'the Democrat Party."  I've seen too much in the U.S. and Ukraine circa 2014 to ever call myself a Democrat. Notice that I advocated for "Think Like A Champion" prior to Trump's presidency.  I no longer give my unqualified endorsement now that I've witnessed how the former president caved in to the pandemic scam.  "Operation " Warp Speed" is where I witnessed the second Pfizer booster cause anaphylactic shock and a host of continued health problems.  Caving in to FAuci, Pfizer, Moderna, and Xi Jingping does not indicate outstanding leadership character.  The Mystic  Reading blog site still has recommendations of quality. But I've removed my unqualified endorsement of any politician.  This is not because I've tried to be hip with the sultans of snide who profit from shaming a former president, but because I've seen failures of leadership where it counted most.

BOOK  REVIEW

Interest in terms of my newsletter is marginal unless look to a wider field of interest that supports my chief main aim.  Books that have evolved in the West that I happen to have would be a good start.  Rune work described on the Rune-Gild site within the context of Stephen E. Flowers.  Find and to distribute books that promote the DNA and mystic memory aspects of Rune Lore and Edredian interests.  

Chief Main Aim :  Show people how to find Spiritual and achievement success while working with their own ancestry DNA and Cosmic memory and Cosmic Prediction. What I will provide at this time includes my esoteric rune work with the addition of how that ancestral work found a way into the literature and active culture of the West.  There is the generic factor which I will tell in my Legacy series and the supporting literature that we should have continued studying in spite of agendas of opposition.  I will point to where the intelligent have expressed themselves and I will allow that I also have the sacred right of self-expression.

TECHNIQUES AND THEORY 

Our work will encompass a range of techniques, historical and recent, that enhance the human ability to make predictions and appropriate decisions.  The goal is to be in harmony with the Cosmos and our purpose and place in that Divine order.  

DIVINATION
Divination is a process of perception that can arrive through heightened intuition or through special techniques.  Perception of our place in the current of Divine order can arrive in the ordinary activities of our daiy lives or we can set aside a special place and time for consulting various oracles.  
The use  of sortilege through symbols that have ancient and powerful meanings is one method.  
This is the main technique I will use for most of the readings I send to clients.   

Mystic Reading is a pathway to awareness through focusing our attention on learning what is important and choosing what we wish to create.  That is true with books, websites, and whatever sources of information appeal to us.  Or is brought to us through Divine Providence.  The pathway is also found through another aspect that has been given the name 'reading'.  People can gather to do readings for each other in a Divinatory way.  This has been misused as 'fortune telling'.  Even this more mundane form of 'getting a reading' can have the benefit of entertainment or possibly an avenue for some thought. 

 My preference when I practice the Divinatory type of reading is to focus upon 'fortune creating'.  This is possible.  There are approaches and methods that are ancient and adaptable to our current methodology.  I've called this active engagement with Divination, "Cybernetic" in that a deliberate steering mechanism adjusts what is probable in a given trajectory which can be modified by Conscious intent.  There is no finality in something as intangible as the future.

Familiarity and expertise with the religious and philosophical basis of any coded symbol system is important.  Indeed, the presence of a coded lore is valuable to study on its own merits whether one is going to enact a divination or not.  The more one knows about the religious and philosophical basis the more effective the practice of Divination will be when using that Tradition.

 Since my primary work is with the Teutonic runes,  a quick essay on ancient lore is necessary here.  Predicting and creating the 'future' is one thing. Appreciating heritage and how the present moment is a disclosing of Mystery is also important. When considering the perspectives of Traditionalists that I admire, there is very solid thought that recognizes that the 'past' has the most manifested and dynamic quality in our lives. Most will present their evidence in terms of Urdhr, Verdhandi, and Skuld. That which has become, that which is becoming, and that which should be. I won't cite many sources for research in this at the moment. I will say that "The Well and the Tree" by Paul Bauschatz is the best academic study.

It is Urdhr that has the most relevance to who we are and why we are. We can only act in the present because of all that has gone before. It seems that Urdhr is the strongest Norn. Verdhandi is moving toward something, and dependent upon what has already manifested. Skuld is ephemeral, not quite clear enough to work with except with considerable skill.

Of course all three Norns are important to be whole and they should be known and respected. These years have been a gradual acceptance that Spiritual work must become more than theory. Some thoughts on awareness about continuance of Consciousness through time and dimension : Nornic Law tells of the Three Norns Urdhr, Verdhandi, and Skuld. They are "that which has become", "that which is becoming" and "that which should be." Our practitioners are somewhat in agreement that Urdhr is the strongest Norn. We live always in that which has become.

The past matters very much.

A strong influence of what is becoming and what should be is already given to work with from that which has become. Our responsibility is to act in the moment with a creative connection to Tradition. The Gods guide us. The Heroes guide us. Our Ancestors guide us. This is natural.

I've tried here to delineate some of the aspects of a 'reading'.  In today's terms, the Cybernetic approach is to appreciate what is given through Divine information and then to actively participate in enacting our direction if it seems genuine and favorable ; or making an affirmation of efforts toward correcting the apparent course of events.  In short, if you don't like what you see, you can change it.

The original heading for this post was intended to be "MYSTIC READING FOR CONSCIOUS REVOLUTION" but I did not want to attract the wrong kind of interest.  Many seeing themselves as 'revolutionary' today are only tearing down what works and repeating the previous errors of a failed ideology.  The Liberal Modern tragedy of Marxist or oppressive socialist experiments are not of our higher nature.  The revolution we want comes from the definition which calls for a 'return to origins' or a 'return to center'.  This is more Traditionalist than anything else.
